The challenge
A dense site with zero room for drift.
The programme combined workplace, retail, public space and major infrastructure interfaces on a constrained urban block.
Early digital logistics modelling and a federated coordination process made sequencing visible before work moved into the field. The result was a construction plan that could adapt without losing line of sight on cost, quality or the design intent.
